Questions
Questions
Short answers about briefs, estimates and the plan.
Is this a quote?
No. It is a proposed estimate from a brief. ECLIP has not published prices; it replies with the real price, the dates and availability.
Where do the prices come from?
They are a proposal for ECLIP to confirm, compared with 2026 public price pages of other Colombian producers. They are shown before IVA.
What is a master, a version and a cutdown?
A master is a finished video. A version is the same video reframed for another format, such as 9:16 for reels. A cutdown is a shorter edit, such as a 15 s and a 6 s from a 30 s spot.
Why are weekends and holidays not counted?
Lead times, editing and reviews count Colombian business days: Monday to Friday, not public holidays. Filming on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday is possible if you allow it, with a surcharge.
How are shoot days worked out?
Each place gets set-up time plus time for every interview, product set-up, scene, minute of walkaround, event hour and drone flight. Places are packed into days of at most 9 hours with travel and a meal break.
Can you film outside Tolima?
Places outside Tolima are listed in the brief but not estimated; ECLIP quotes them.
Do you fly drones?
Only if ECLIP offers it for your locations, after checking the airspace. Drone days are planned at least 10 business days ahead.
Where is my brief saved?
On your phone only, until you delete it. There is no account.
Brief it before the first call
List the videos and the places. The planner shows the shoot days, the schedule in Colombian business days and a proposed estimate, then you send the brief to ECLIP on WhatsApp or by email.
