Formats, cutdowns, subtitles
A master is one finished video. Versions re-frame it for other screens, cutdowns are shorter edits, subtitles add a language.
Four formats

Edit time
The edit starts from the finished length: up to 30 s, 1.5 business days; up to 1 min 30 s, 2 business days; up to 3 min, 3 business days; up to 10 min, 5 business days. Three or more interviews feeding one video add 0.5 day. The days of all videos are added and rounded up.
Brief it before the first call
List the videos and the places. The planner shows the shoot days, the schedule in Colombian business days and a proposed estimate, then you send the brief to ECLIP on WhatsApp or by email.
