Shoot days

The planner packs your places, in your order, into days of up to nine hours with the moves, the travel and a meal break.

A clipboard, tape and a light meter

The rules

  • A day holds up to 9 h of work, moves and breaks. A place that alone needs more gets its own day, with overtime per started hour ($160.000).
  • Once a day passes 6 h, a 60-minute meal break is added.
  • A day of up to 4 h 30 min is a half day ($700.000); longer is a full day ($1.200.000), for a crew of 2.
  • Days go on business days. Allow Saturdays (+25 %) or Sundays and holidays (+50 %) on crew, overtime, second camera and drone.
  • Three or more interviews, or event coverage, on one day: the planner suggests a second camera ($350.000 a day).

List the videos and the places. The planner shows the shoot days, the schedule in Colombian business days and a proposed estimate, then you send the brief to ECLIP on WhatsApp or by email.
