In plain words

How to read an estimate from the planner and what sending a brief means.

  1. What the planner is

A tool to prepare a video brief for ECLIP with a proposed catalogue of video types, production times and prices dated 2026-10-08. It runs in your browser and needs no account.

  2. A proposal, not a quote

ECLIP has not published a price list. The video types, the production times and these prices are a proposal for ECLIP to confirm or change. Proposed estimate, not a quote: COP before IVA. ECLIP confirms the price, the dates and availability.

  3. A brief, not a booking

Sending a brief on WhatsApp or by email does not book a shoot. Dates are proposals on Colombian business days; ECLIP confirms the dates and availability.

  4. Drone shots

Drone shots only if ECLIP offers them for your locations. ECLIP checks the airspace first: in Colombia commercial drones must be registered with Aerocivil and flown by a certified pilot, and may not fly within 9 km of an airport, 3 km of a heliport or over crowds.

  5. Quoted apart

Not in the estimate: voice-over talent, actors, models or presenters, location rental and permits, 2d or 3d animation, paid media (ad spend), videos longer than 10 minutes, work outside tolima.

  6. Your data

Briefs stay in this browser until you delete them. See the privacy policy for the app and this website.
